The sea view from our room was fantastic, and the kids loved the full English breakfast each morning. The hotel is conveniently located near trams that made traveling around easy, which was perfect for our large family.
In my wife’s opinion, the room could use more storage for family stays.

Right, let me tell you about this octopus millefeuille – an absolute culinary score that will make your taste buds do the cha-cha! The breakfast was decent, with scrumptious bacon to kickstart the day. Plus, they had a bar area that was just the spot to unwind after all the Blackpool hustle.
Where do I start? The lift was broken, making for some serious stair climbing. The squeaky bunk beds? Let’s just say sleep was an adventure, and the shower was a puzzler—idiot hot and falling apart. It’s a shame the hotel is a gem hidden beneath some lackluster decor.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, particularly Andrea, who stood out as a remarkable asset to the team. I enjoyed the spacious room with stunning sea views, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Breakfast and dinner options were lovely and well-priced, especially the homemade yogurt. the room temperature was quite uncomfortable at night, and parking could be difficult despite the available options.

The staff were delightful, making me feel as welcomed as a grandma at a family reunion. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted like it was made with love, especially the bacon that could rival a Sunday roast.
Cleaner rooms and updated facilities would be nice.

The room had some cleanliness issues, like a dusty side table and a filthy TV remote. Plus, the decor felt really outdated, which was a bit of a letdown. But the heated indoor pool was nice, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Just wish the room matched the overall vibe of the hotel more.

Great family time despite a hiccup
We just spent 2 nights here with the kids, and it was mostly fab! The staff were super helpful, and the pool area was a hit. The only bummer? One of our rooms had some heating issues. Breakfast was nice, though! a solid choice for family fun.
